Yoga & Surf Retreat (Bali)
Canggu is a small town in Bali with a cool, alternative undercurrent and surf-shack grooves. Our love for Canggu is based on many thing but perhaps mainly because of its artsy charm and hip dining scene. With its small town vibe you will get the benefits of being able to move around easily and explore all the cafés, restaurants and bars. You can also venture out into the rice fields, amazing sunsets and perfect surf spots.
Welcome to our hidden gem, a small family owned hotel squeezed in between rice fields and sunsets. You will be staying in a room facing the poolside, designed for relaxation and ease. The owners are a Canadian Intuitive Coach, Nicole, and a local Surf Instructor, Rudi, who created this space with surf and yoga retreats in mind. The villa is a short bike ride from the beach and provides a true aura of tranquility for our morning and evening yoga classes on the roof terrace. With our own pool we will be able to enjoy both a proper relaxed vacay in combination with the more lively atmosphere in the village and by the beach. The villa has been recently refurbished and all rooms offer amenities including; air-conditioning, free wireless internet, natural bathroom products and unlimited drinking water. We have staff in the house that will clean, cook and let us in on their own local favorite spots. This week is all about you relaxing, having fun, exploring and creating beautiful memories.
Your days in Bali
If you have a hard time relaxing in between our scheduled activities we have good options for you.
Tell us on spot if you wish to join more yoga classes, sign up for massage, healing or why not head for even more surf.
Getting settled before enjoying a welcome dinner at the beach during sunset. This evening you will get to meet the rest of the group and simply relax.
Rise and Shine! This morning we'll be headed out with our Surf Coach, Wayan, in search of the perfect baby waves. Regardless if this is your first or twenty first time on a board we assure you will have a great time!
Post surfing we happily head back to the villa for lunch and poolside chilling. When sunset comes we meet on the yoga deck for the perfect yoga class to stretch our surf soar bodies and re-energize ourselves.
In the evening we'll all head to town for dinner or you can opt to stay in and order delivery, no judgement.. 😉
We start the day with a morning yoga and prepare for a great day of Balinese culture. After a delicious and healthy breakfast we take a bike ride to the beach through the famous rice paddies of Bali.
After lunch and poolside chilling at the villa we prepare for a scooter ride to the beautiful local temples were we get to explore the surroundings. We end this day with live Balinese dance & music performance in the evening.
We wake up with a morning yoga to the sound of birds singing. It is then time for an optional local shopping trip before lunch and poolside chilling at the villa. This afternoon we go for a Babywave session with Surf Coach Wayan again and we stay at the beach for sunset with a coconut in our hand and a smile on our face. This evening is all about relaxation as we get to enjoy a Yin Yoga, Guided Meditation and Sound Bath.
Yay for today as we are leaving for a full day excursion. We have an early Breakfast to fuel us for our big trip around the Nusa Islands. Our private boat will take us to swim with Manta Rays and snorkel with a rainbow of fish. Maybe even see a pod of dolphins! We'll have lunch beachside and lounge on daybeds with optional cocktails in hand. Back at the villa we'll have a local family style dinner served on banana leaves.
Wake up with a morning yoga and let your body decide on how you wish to spend this morning of free time. Lunch is served at the villa before we meet Wayan for our third surf session. This evening we have a special farewell dinner planed for you at the beach.
Awake your body with morning yoga and enjoy a long and nice breakfast before it is time for goodbye-hugging with your new friends. If you have time to kill, this might be the perfect day to order in a double massage before your flight back home. ✨

My current passion project is creating an online program for children to learn mindful movement. In my spare time I love to surf, dance, cook and watch sunsets. Can’t wait to have you join us for this magic retreat!
